In this directory we will create a specific template for each shared channel (that is visible by any organization), 
so it will be presented always in the same mode. If an organization needs to view one or more of these channels with its particular template,
is possible to create a specific configuration and save it in the organization directory (org_templates/<organization_id>)


the program will search the template files in this folder only if the organization directory does not contains a template for the requested channel

The program generally search the templates in this order:

1. 	http://www.beabloo.com/themes/org_templates/<organization_id>/<channel_id>/
2. 	http://www.beabloo.com/themes/org_templates/<organization_parentorganization_id>/<channel_id>/
3.	http://www.beabloo.com/themes/chann_templates/<channel_id>/
4. 	http://www.beabloo.com/themes/org_templates/<organization_id>/default_templates/
5. 	http://www.beabloo.com/themes/org_templates/<organization_parentorganization_id>/default_templates/

if not found any it will load the default path: http://www.beabloo.com/themes/default_templates/ that is the default beabloo theme

The templates file naming pattern is:

template_images.xml  			--> for slide show channels
template_textandimage_left.xml  	--> for text and object (image or video) mode with object on the left
template_textandimage_right.xml 	--> for text and object (image or video) mode with object on the right
template_text_large.xml 		--> for text only mode with big font
template_text_normal.xml		--> for text only mode with normal font
template_text_small.xml			--> for text only mode with small font
template_video.xml  			--> for text only mode with full screen video
