In this directory we will copy the backgrounds and the hr images

For the backgrounds there's no naming convention because they are specified manually in the template files

The hr image files, otherwise, have to be named with this pattern:
hr_<organization_id>.png

the organization id can be the parent organization id or the child organization id.
the program will search the image files in this order:

1. 	hr_<organization_id>.jpg
2. 	hr_<parent_organization_id>.jpg


if not found any it will load the default path: hr_beabloo.png
